About this draft and the service

Sunburst Image at sunburstimage.com is an independent website for creating still images from text and editing images with references. Its current generation integration sends requests to Miaochuang using the supplier’s GPT Image 2.5 model option. Sunburst Image is the website’s brand, not a statement that a particular OpenAI checkpoint is supplied. OpenAI does not operate this website; model names identify their respective products and do not imply endorsement.

Eligibility and accounts

This draft is intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement where they live. Use on behalf of an organization requires its authorization. Use only accounts and materials you are entitled to use; do not share credentials or attempt to access another person’s account.

Where account access is offered, follow the sign-in options displayed on the site. Some operations may require sign-in, sufficient credits or an anti-abuse check. A visible preview does not promise that registration, payment or generation is available in every deployment.

Image generation and reference editing

Describe the image you want and, optionally, upload reference images you have permission to process. Check the selected resolution, aspect ratio and credit estimate before submitting. A new submission may incur a new charge; first check the task status and history if an earlier submission is still processing.

Generative output varies. Text, faces, product details and requested edits may be inaccurate, and reference details may change. Review downloads before publishing or relying on them. The service does not guarantee exclusive output, exact reference preservation, copyright eligibility, uninterrupted availability or a particular completion time.

Credits, purchases and cancellation

Generation is measured in site credits. The amount shown for your selected settings is an estimate for that run, not the supplier’s own currency. Credit availability, grant timing, expiry and any promotion must be disclosed with the offer before purchase; a preview balance or inherited plan display is not a finalized offer.

The payment integration uses Stripe. Where a purchase is enabled, review the total amount, currency, taxes, one-time or recurring nature, billing interval, credit allowance and expiry before paying. A recurring plan must disclose renewal and how to cancel. Use the billing management option shown in your account to manage an existing subscription and retain its cancellation confirmation. Cancellation and a refund are different actions.

Final paid plans and commercial refund rules are awaiting operator confirmation. No unlimited-generation entitlement, refund deadline, used-credit threshold, processing deduction or guaranteed refund response time is established by this draft. The Refund Policy explains this unfinished status and how billing issues differ from generation-credit corrections. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Your inputs and outputs

You retain any rights you already hold in your inputs. You authorize processing, transmission to the generation supplier, storage and delivery of your prompts, reference images and outputs to the extent needed to provide the requested service and maintain its security. Do not upload private, confidential or third-party material unless you are authorized to share it with the service and its processors.

This draft does not assign rights the operator or supplier does not hold, promise that AI output qualifies for copyright, or guarantee that commercial use clears third-party rights. Before commercial use, review the final service and supplier terms and obtain any necessary permissions for people, products, trademarks and source images. The Privacy Policy explains the data flow and unresolved processor terms.

A public-display choice, where offered, concerns showcase use. It is separate from the processing needed to generate an image. It does not by itself make stored media links private or establish the supplier’s training policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create or distribute illegal material, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, targeted harassment, threats, or material that infringes another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not upload malware, bypass safeguards or credit limits, misuse someone else’s likeness, or interfere with the service.

Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal obligations. A restriction does not remove rights that applicable law makes non-waivable. This draft makes no blanket forfeiture or no-refund rule for disputed purchases.

Availability and updates

Generation depends on third-party capacity and technical services. Keep your own copies of outputs you need; the site is not a promised permanent archive. The operator must finalize any warranty, liability, dispute-resolution and governing-law terms before launch. No jurisdiction or liability cap is assumed here.
